Covid Safety

Recently, an electrician I know made a call to a home to make some repairs.  The client neglected to inform the electrician ahead of time that her mom was sick in bed with the “flu.”  Upon hearing this, my friend informed the homeowner that he would not be able to complete the call that day and he left.  Later, he was informed that the client’s mother had the Covid virus.

Why am I writing this?  We all have been impacted by the Covid 19 virus and we are all tired of the inconvenience it has caused everyone all over the world.  However, it remains true that Covid 19 is a dangerous and possibly deadly illness to some and at Peter Needham Electrical we are committed to keeping our staff as well as our customers safe.  That is why we have a policy of not entering a home where there is illness.  When you call Peter Needham Electrical you may be asked if anyone in the home is sick or has been sick recently or if anyone in the home has recently completed any international travel.  We realize this may be an inconvenience, however, we feel it is a necessary one for the sake of everyone involved.

Peter Needham Electrical and HVAC wishes to acknowledge to our clients how much we appreciate their business and that we want to take the utmost precautions in order to keep them and us safe.

As always, please call Peter Needham Electrical and HVAC for all of your electrical and HVAC needs.
