January is that time of year when everyone tends to reset and start thinking about renewal.  New diets are started, new exercise programs are begun, new decluttering vows are made, and hopefully new outlooks on life are begun as well.  In keeping with this theme of renewal, maybe your January goals for renewal include new house projects and possibly some upgrades.  Here are some projects to consider:
