You may have heard that yesterday, 12/21/2020, was the first time in 800 years that Saturn and Jupiter appeared in the night sky right next to each other. The light was so brilliant it could be seen with the naked eye. Today, many people from all over the world posted their photos of this momentous event on social media. Some have even dubbed this occurrence, the Christmas Star.
Though the Christmas Star will not appear again for another 60 years, we are fortunate enough to be able to celebrate the joyous occasion of the holiday season with family and friends every year. For that we are truly grateful!
